Returns
If you'd like to return your CLARISMILE product, please contact us at support@clarismile.com to initiate a return within 30 days of purchase (14 days minimum for EU customers per consumer protection laws).
We offer a full product cost refund (less any incurred shipping costs) within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened oral care products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm the status of your return and refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@clarismile.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@clarismile.com.
